Introduction of glass and plastic cup materials

There are three common materials for glass water cups:

Soda lime glass, toughened glass and high borosilicate glass

Consistent safety and different physical conditions

Among them, the best one is high borosilicate glass, which can perfectly withstand the instantaneous high-low temperature conversion

The other two kinds (especially sodium calcium glass) will have the risk of fragmentation and explosion in the environment with a certain temperature difference!!!

Therefore, when we choose glass water cups, we should try to choose high borosilicate materials

There are three common materials of plastic water cup:

PC plastic, PP plastic and tritan plastic

Among them, the more safe material is tritan plastic (temperature resistance - 10 ~ 90 ℃, temperature control),

No bisphenol A or any other bisphenol, it is the safest one of all plastic materials at present!

PC plastic material will release BPA under certain high temperature,

It is worth mentioning that only PP material in plastic material can be put into microwave oven for heating (such as plastic lunch box)

When choosing plastic water cup, tritan material is recommended
